—think about such things.   Philippians 4:8

Having been in the military and now working in a field where one is exposed to some of the worst society has to offer, I am often exposed to unpure, unwholesome things. Admittedly, at times, I find myself falling into old habits and allow those things to permeate my thoughts and even come out of my mouth. But … the things that come out of a person’s mouth come from the heart, and these defile them.” Matthew 15:18. There are many sayings related to … trash in, trash out … and I believe that is true, but ultimately we just need to stand up for what we know is right and live our daily lives for Him who deserves on what is righteous and pure!

‘But I am not ashamed, because I know the One I have believed in and am persuaded that He is able to guard what has been entrusted to me until that day.” 2 Timothy 1:12

2 Peter 1:12 says, “Therefore I will always remind you about these things, even though you know them and are established in the truth you have.”
